ABOUT THE PROJECT
The house project was created as an exhibition space for the sales department. It features a very elegant, bright, and airy interior that embodies modern living in harmony with nature. The first floor of a modern country house. The design concept is based on a symbiosis of technology and nature.
CUSTOMER
The spacious layout and large windows create an effect of lightness and airiness. The combination of neutral colors accentuates the colorful and changing landscapes of the surrounding area. The elegant and bright interior of this house is the embodiment of modern living in harmony with nature.
RESULT
The Churina design studio has meticulously planned energy-efficient solutions for heating and electricity supply that make the house almost self-sufficient. The concept envisages equipping it with a smart home system, which allows you to create a comfortable individual space with a variety of well-thought-out lighting scenarios.
The living room opens onto a terrace offering magnificent views of the city. Located next to the panoramic window, the relaxing color scheme of the dining room encourages warm interactions. The spacious kitchen is functional, with all appliances hidden from view. It offers ample space for cooking and storing tableware.
The glass doors in the kitchen and the inserts in the cabinets give the interior a feeling of lightness and elegance. The masculine character of the home is accentuated by the choice of finishing materials. Large-format tiles with a rust texture add a robust touch to the interior.
The guest bathroom on the first floor features an industrial style, with large-format tiles on the walls that mimic weathered concrete. The second floor is the owner's personal space, with areas for solitude. In the mini-library, a coffee table by Jaime Hayon adds a touch of light.
This floor also features a spacious bathroom, a bedroom, a closet with laundry facilities, and a small library. The bathroom, with its large bathtub next to the panoramic window and abundance of indoor plants, feels like an oasis. Large sliding doors separate it from the main space.
The main feature of the bedroom décor is a geometric ceiling with asymmetrical triangular shapes. These descend to the headboard and conceal soft lighting behind them.
