ABOUT THE PROJECT
The house project was created as a showroom for the sales department. It features a very elegant, bright, and airy interior that embodies modern living in harmony with nature. This is the first floor of a modern country house. The design concept is based on a symbiosis of technology and nature.
CLIENT
The spacious layout and large windows create a sense of lightness and airiness. The neutral color palette accentuates the vibrant and ever-changing surrounding landscapes. The elegant and bright interior of this home embodies modern living in harmony with nature.
OUTCOME
Churina Design studio has meticulously planned energy-efficient solutions for heating and electricity supply, making the house almost self-sufficient. The concept includes equipping the home with a smart home system, allowing for the creation of a comfortable individual space with a variety of well-thought-out lighting scenarios.
The living room opens onto a terrace that offers a magnificent city view. Situated next to the panoramic window, the dining area's relaxing color scheme encourages warm interactions. The spacious kitchen is functional, with all appliances discreetly hidden from view. It offers ample space for cooking and storing dinnerware.
Glass kitchen doors and cabinet inserts lend a sense of lightness and elegance to the interior. The masculine character of the residence is accentuated by the choice of finishing materials. Large-format tiles with an oxidized texture add a robust touch to the interior.
The guest bathroom on the first floor features an industrial style, with large-format wall tiles mimicking patinated concrete. The second floor is the owner's personal space, featuring areas for solitude. In the mini-library, a coffee table by Jaime Hayon adds a bright accent.
This floor also includes a spacious bathroom, a bedroom, a wardrobe with a laundry area, and a small library. The bathroom, with its large bathtub next to the panoramic window and an abundance of indoor plants, resembles an oasis. Large sliding doors separate it from the main living area.
The main decorative feature of the bedroom is a geometric ceiling with asymmetrical triangular shapes. These descend towards the headboard, concealing soft lighting behind them.
