ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Mediterranean atmosphere blends seamlessly with the villa's minimalist design. This stunning villa embodies minimalist principles while organically incorporating Mediterranean aesthetic elements. Large panoramic windows bathe the house in natural light, amplifying the feeling of spaciousness.
The exterior features an exquisite blend of natural materials, travertine, and wood, which harmonize with the surrounding landscape. This careful design creates a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

This villa is our collaborative project with Foreman Development. Our goal was to create an ideal, low-maintenance interior and exterior that would delight the owner for years to come. The renowned architectural firm Perretta Arquitectura developed the structural design of the villa.
The interior of the villa features a modern aesthetic with clean lines and a neutral color palette, fostering an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Our meticulous space planning makes the most of every corner, seamlessly combining functionality and style. This villa is a testament to inspired design, a canvas ready for the owner to add unique touches, creating a personalized sanctuary that truly reflects their individuality.
