The Mediterranean ambiance seamlessly blends with the villa's minimalist design. This stunning villa embodies minimalist principles while organically incorporating Mediterranean aesthetic elements. Expansive panoramic windows flood the home with natural light, enhancing the sense of spaciousness.
The exterior showcases an exquisite blend of natural materials, travertine and wood, which harmonize with the surrounding landscape. This thoughtful design establishes a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
CLIENT
This villa is our collaborative project with Foreman Development. Our goal was to create an ideal, low-maintenance interior and exterior that would delight the owner for years to come. The renowned architectural firm Perretta Arquitectura developed the structural design of the villa.
The villa's interior features a modern aesthetic with clean lines and a neutral color palette, fostering an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Our meticulous space planning maximizes every corner, seamlessly blending functionality and style.
